Job Description
- Provides high-level support for vulnerability management across all environments on the Pinnacle network.
- Provides direct day-to-day support of vulnerability management to all employees.
- Tasked with the development, documentation, implementation, and maintenance of vulnerability management tools and processes in the Datacenter and Branches.
- Investigates, recommends, and implements best practices playbooks for remediation, and processes for the vulnerabilities and the servers/workstations they affect.
- Works with the Vulnerability Manager and the Information Security Department to address issues and vulnerabilities related to Pinnacle assets.
- Performs other duties as assigned by management.
- Regular and reliable attendance.
- Knowledge of vulnerability management and banking operations.
- Knowledge of computers and servers.
- Knowledge of routers, switches, and other programs.
- Skills in problem solving and decision-making.
- Ability to communicate effectively with management, customers, and coworkers.
- Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Prefer 2-3 years of work experience in Vulnerability Management.
